Who it is for

VetComply is built for practice managers at independent UK veterinary practices with 1-5 vets and 5-30 staff. These are the practices managing 12+ non-clinical compliance streams across paper binders, spreadsheets, and shared drives — without the central compliance teams that corporate chains rely on.

Why VetComply exists

The CMA published its Final Report on the UK veterinary sector in March 2026, adding 21 mandatory consumer protection requirements with a September 2026 deadline. Practice management systems handle clinical workflow. Generic H&S platforms handle risk assessments and COSHH generically. Nobody combines the veterinary-specific multi-standard intersection: CMA, RCVS PSS, IRR17 radiation protection, VMD controlled drugs compliance, clinical waste regulations, fire safety, and the rest.

VetComply exists because independent practices deserve affordable compliance tools that understand the specific regulatory landscape they operate in — not enterprise platforms designed for corporate chains, and not generic H&S software that knows nothing about veterinary compliance standards.
